(meteorobs) Late Perseids - Ohio

                   Post-maximum Perseids, Aug. 14/15, 2004
                    Cortese Observatory - Braceville, Ohio
                Lat. N41° 14.808'- Lon. W80° 58.470'- Ele. 980'

  I was able to get in an hour of post maximum Perseid observing at the
recent star party on Saturday nite, Aug. 14/15, at the Mahoning Valley 
Astronomical Society Cortese Observatory in Braceville, Ohio. Lynne and
I were back there visiting and attended.

  From 3:45 to 4:45 UT I saw 19 meteors, 8 of which were Perseids. The best 
Perseid I saw was seen casually earlier when I saw a 1st magnitude yellow
-green Perseid with a long trail. Below is a short summary.
