(meteorobs) Perseids August 12/13 from Oregon Star Party

There were some early clouds tonight, but when I woke up at 12:30am local time it was clear with excellent skies to the north and slight haziness to the south.  I watched for two hours before devoting a similar period of time to deep-sky observing.  Unfortunately, that was the end of the clear night skies for the weekend. Activity was rather faint and the Perseids showed a steep decline from the peak night.
