Hello!

A little late, but anyway here are my observing reports for the Perseid peak
period. I observed together with Javor and several other colleagues from Trije
Kralji (Three Kings). The pre-peak night was mostly clear except for several
periods when patches of cirrus clouds moved through. Cirrus became more trouble
after moonrise. I observed for a little over 4h teff and recorded 174 meteors.

The best Perseids of the night were:
- a -2m 40 degrees long meteor with a 2 second train at 20:21
- a -2m Perseid at 23:27 with a 3 second train
- a -3m Perseid fireball at 23:28:27 with a 6 second train

During the break after 00:22, the best meteor of the night appeared: a 3 second
long slow -5m sporadic fireball. It was bluegreen, trailing a reddish wake and
sheding sparks and small fragments. I returned to observations 3:24LT, but soon
discovered I was quite tired, so I decided to quit.

Overall, my impression was that the activity was less impressive than previous
years, however, the numbers do not support this. It is quite possible that the
moonlit morning hours and humid evening hours lowered the sky quality to the
extent that I didn't enjoy the meteor show as much.
