David Stine asked when the Quads were predicted to be best. The IMO site states that it will be at 12:20 UT on January 3, 2005. That's January 2/3, Monday morning for us in the USA: 720 am EST, 620 am CST, 520 am CST, and 420 am PST. The moon will be about last quarter, or maybe a day less, at the time.
