I only have described this case on memory. However you can enter contact with Stanislav Korotky, which featured this case. I hope it will help! I can also transmit, what message I saw (I has saved it):

Secretary: Rudnik D.
Observers and area:
Vorobyev D. (Cas, Per, up to Peg)
Galina N. and Gryzlova D. (UMa, Lyr, Z)
Luckaya V. (Peg, Sgr, to the right of Aqr)
Komarova A. (Vega-Deneb-Altair, up to Her)
Stolyarov D. (Lyr, Boo)
Dmitriev A. (Cas, More to the left UMa)

Beginning of observations of July 27 20:35 UT. Termination of observations 23:15 UT. At the first hour, the amount of meteors 2-3 in one minute. For all interval of observations 198. This night pleased the observers bright meteors. According to the observers especially many meteors were from area Cas and Per.

In following night, approximately for the same slice of time, about 110 meteors. The observers were tired, in this case. Bright meteors was a little. The similar observations were and in following night. However amount of meteors was diminished, simultaneously with decrease of the observers. Only Stanislav can improve it in more details. His expositions on Russian astronomical forums saved also.
