Lew,
I see nothing wrong with your plots. I am assuming you really did not care
to plot the path length exactly? I can understand as this would be a bit
difficult to do freehand.
Now for the nitty-gritty:
Your average radiant would have included 6 of the 8 JBO's I plotted the
previous evening. If you are asking why I did not plot more, it's because
they often occurred one after another preventing an accurate plot of the
second meteor. In fact I usually saw the second JBO while tracing out the
path of the first one.
I believe a 75% match is excellent, indicating the JBO activity you saw was
real. I realize that Pierre should have seen some of these but he was facing
further south and these faint meteors were occurring near or beyond his FOV.
So I would state without hesitation that you saw the last of the
mini-outbursts of the 2004 June Bootids.
