Hi Lew,

That's right ; low numbers of Aquarids for the Low countries 
(Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxemburg) 
Last year, rates went up to 6-7 aquarids/hour during the SDA maximum. 
Do we have a "off year" in 2004 if we are talking about Aquarids and 
Capricornids. Not only the rates are low, but also the brightness of 
these meteors is a bit below normal level...This is a personal 
conclusion based on my observations in July and the observations from 
the DMS observers. What do other people think about this statement ?
