I can add to this that, courtesy of Robert Haas (www.delpsurf.cistron.nl)
who made the download space available, and Ed of course, the full video
(MP4, 1.6 Mb) can now be downloaded and viewed at
http://www.delpsurf.cistron.nl/edvuurbol/fored.mp4

Note that the MP4 format is not yet very widespread, so you might have
trouble viewing it. My Windows Media Player could play it after downloading
some additional software, but my RealOne player refuses to play it.
Unfortunately neither Ed nor I have the possibility to convert the movie to
a more widely used format.
