We had a nice night, with good to excellent transparency on Sunday morning,
except for a few clouds and it was windy. The best meteor that was seen while
recording was a beautiful slow -1 yellow-green sporadic at 6:02 UT. However,
the best meteor of the night was seen earlier that evening when a nice medium
speed -2 yellow bolide came from near Cepheus to Ursa Minor. Lots of very nice
deep sky objects were seen with the 20-inch F/5 Dob. before recording meteors,
including the nice 14th magnitude type-Ia supernova now visible in NGC 6907
in Capricornus. The post transit crescent Venus was also seen during the dawn
before sunrise. Below is a breakdown of the meteors recorded.
