(meteorobs) N. Calif. Fireballs and Rocket Re-Entry

Over the night of the 26-27, my Sandia camera caught three fireballs. Two were 
somewhat weak. However, one was rather dramatic and its time corresponds pretty 
closely to radio data from Norm Davis. He also recorded a fair amount of radio data 
for several hours prior to the large fireball. It's a bit more slow moving than 
similar fireballs I've seen, and it may be actually space debris re-entering the 
earth's atmosphere. Another poster, Ed Cannon, posted some info about a re-entry. My 
observation occurred several hours later, but perhaps it is related to additional 
debris from the rocket.
