It stayed brightly lit until it was out of viewing range

It appeared over the mountain behind my house it was one large (tracer shape) with probably 7 or 8 smaller ones they were bright orange and white/blue in color. They were visible for quite some time and stayed lit until we could no longer see them from our spot.
