Hello Rob,

This certainly was not related to the 27 June 2:53 GMT decay of 1992-088E:
its orbit did not bring it over the UK during those hours (it was actually
over Africa at the moment of your observation).

There were no other possible decay candiidates that night, so this must have
been a true meteor.
