Hello.
At the last night before the full Moon period I managed to do one more
observation on 22 November.
The sky was quite good, but lm in the first hour was lower due to the
setting Moon low in the weat. As a whole, activity was
about moderate, at the same time in the first 15 minutes of the watch
the Leonids surprisingly showed notable presence
with three meteors, one of them reached -1 mag. Also in this period I
saw the best meteor of the session - a bluish
N. Taurid of -4 mag which lasted for 3.5 seconds. It appeared rather
far from the radiant and had slow-to-average speed.
In general, activity in this period was quite high. It shifted then to
primirily faint meteors, but I should also say that amount
of Taurid meteors is somewhat higher than usual.
