(meteorobs) Giacobinids on Oct 7/8 2004

On October 7/8 2004, I was able to do observations.  In a few hours 
teff with periods of thin cirrus clouds, I recorded what I believe was 
a definite Giacobinid meteor.  It was well seen, and plotted.

Another possible Giacobinid was seen, but the DCV was so far away that 
path was too uncertain and therefore did not call it.
