Hello.
An observation on October 22. Previous week was cloudy so I missed
October 21 - the day of Orionids maximum. However, peak of
this shower is broad, so its activity on 22 Oct was still
considerable. Meteors were mainly faint - between 3 and 5 mag, and
the most bright one had -1 mag. Level of Orionids activity was very
variable. There were short periods with many shower members
followed by long periods of low activity. Despite the dimness of
Orionid meteors, they frequently left trains. Other active
showers also give a certain number of meteors. Sporadic activity was
moderate.
Also fast meteors at 20:19, 21:24, 21:35 and 22:03(0.5sec) UT seem to
radiate from region between Ursa Major and Minor, which several
days earlier was mentioned by Pierre Martin as sourse of meteor
activity.
