This appears to have been well oberved across the region:
maybe -12 to -15 magnitude, possibly some fragmentation.

  yes - several seconds

VERY slow, and 5 being extremely quick.

  Saw a bright flash on the ground, then turned to see the end of the fireball and a trail that persisted for several seconds.

Saw this through my window. It appeared to be a very large piece with lots of glowing trail that persisted a few seconds. When seen,
it appeared to be low in the sky.
