(meteorobs) Genesis Crashes to Earth

The Genesis solar collection space capsule crashed in the Utah desert today 
after the probe's parachutes failed to open. A pair of helicopter pilots had 
planned to snatch the craft as it floated down to protect it from a potentially 
damaging impact with the Earth. Genesis was launched three years ago and was 
returning to Earth with billions of atoms collected from the solar wind.
