You or anyone else, it would seem... :)
It's possible the astronomer in the article was refering to the FM radio
rates, but that was clearly not what the article implied. Early on, the
writer stated that astronomers "saw" rates as high as 60-70/hr. But when I
pressed the reporter about this, he stated that the astronomers admitted
that these weren't "their" observations, and could not say whose they
were...see my last post.
