As a novice meteor observer interested in the numerous recent fireball
reports, I found the IMO web page 'Annual and diurnal variations in
fireball rates' to be very interesting and timely. I'd recommend any
other novice observers have a look. Whether it represents the full
story, I'll leave that to the experts...
