(meteorobs) Software to maintain meteor observing data

I'm just getting started with formal meteor observing (even though
I've logged about 10 hours of semi-formal observing over the passed
year) and was wondering if there was software available to keep all my
personal observing data. I'm thinking about create a web-based entry
form that would keep the meteor observations in a database but I don't
want to spend time "recreating the wheel" if something already exists.
