(meteorobs) East Georgia Geminid Observations: Dec 12/13 2005

I observed for one hour this morning in my backyard just at moonset,
from 5:05 - 6:05AM local time.  Despite the lower LMs and field
obstructions (trees) I had fairly hefty numbers.  Many of the Geminids 
were quite bright, with one estimated at -3.  The sporadics were
fairly active also, though some of these may have been HYDs,
determining this radiant was not feasable due to the trees.
I hope to be back out again this morning and may even, like Lew,
put up with a little moonlight in order to enjoy the show!
