(meteorobs) Fw: Quadrantids obs from NWT

    As promised, here's the Quadrantids report from Stephen Bedingfield in 
Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Canada, 62.4 N., 114.5 W. Note the 
temperature at the top of the report. I think Stephen and Akemi deserve a
