    Woops!  The reference should have been: JRASC February 1973, vol 67,
number 1.  My bifocals playing tricks on me again!  That's why I don't
visually observe these days!  The prediction Meteor News paper for 1972 is
listed in the References at the end of this paper!  Sorry about that!
