A comment about the YORP effect:

It causes a change of the SPIN rate or axis of the small celestial 
bodies, so that does NOT cause any change of orbital parameter. However, 
the change of spin rate or axis causes a change of the Yarkovsky effect, 
  and this one causes a change of orbit. So the YORP effect is not 
DIRECTLY linked to non-gravitational perturbations.
