(meteorobs) Handbook for Visual Meteor Observers

Although not an entire book you may want to investigate Observational
Astronomy for Amateurs.  It has a rather lengthy chapter on the subject of
visual obs of meteors.  I dont know what is in the Handbook so I cant say
whether or not the same material is covered.
