Hello.
An observation on May 28. The sky transparency was not bad, but the
light nigths, typical for high latitudes in summer, are already coming
into force. During the first hour of observations lm was 5.2 mag, in
the second one it rose to 5.4.
Activity remais low, during Teff=1.94 I saw 7 meteors, all were
sporadics. The single active Sagittarids radiant was situated too low
in the south-east. Six meteors were faint and short, but one turned to
be very impressive. Maybe, only because of it my observation became
worth doing.
This meteor wasn't somehow especially bright, about 0 mag., it had
moderately-fast velocity. Appeared at the zenith it was flying to the
north-west during two second and covered about 35 degrees. Its track
began near the head of Draco and ended near Pole Star. I saw very
clearly how its velocity was diminishig due to braking in the
atmosphere. Considering very low meteor activity in the recent months
this meteor seems to be a gift.
