(meteorobs) Red LED Watch?

Anyone know where an inexpensive new Red LED watch
might be obtained?

They went out of style 25 years ago but it seems they
would be great to help stay dark adapted during
observing sessions.  My backlit watch doesn't work too
well and I do not like having to shine a red led on my
watch face.

Then again, maybe I am thinking about this too much
and just want an excuse to get a retro-gadget.
