Paul,
    Just wanted to say it's good to see you sending in your reports 
electronically.  It not only helps me out a lot, but it also means you'll
get included in Rainer's (and other's) global analyses more often -- as you 
know he generally gets them done a few days after the major events.
     I'm not clear on what Bob considers important as far as "physical" AMS 
report archives -- in other words if we need to keep paper reports for 
"historical" reasons, but I do know that about half, or more, of our 
observers never send in paper reports anymore, it's all electronic.  But as 
active as you are, I still welcome your snail-mail reports, also, as these 
may prove to be invaluable to future researchers.  So feel free to continue 
to send them in, also, if you like!
