Hello Ed,
In my radio meteor receiver setup all echoes have doppler effect. Mots of
them have about 5 Hz dopler (small pings). I also hear very often
reflections with 30 Hz dopler. 5 Hz dopler is not much, but still easy to
hear.

I have live audio and live audio spectograms online on my website. Check out
if you see and hear the same. It is easy to see the doppler in the audio
spectogram's. The live audio and audio spectograms are available via
http://members.home.nl/peter-knol/meteors There is also a overview of
spectograms over the last 24 hours.

If I hear no doppler on the signal, then there is unfortunately Sporadic E
propagation going on. That's not good for Radio Meteor hunting... But then
the signal goes continious on for several minutes or even hours. It is easy
to recognise sporadic E propagation and Meteor reflections.
