Hey Kzingirl,

Check out the website links below... THat's what you saw.. I saw it in San Diego clearly... it was a military missle launch from Vandenberg AFB just north of LA.  I knew about it and watched it with great anticipation!  The proof is all in the photos you'll see at the link below.. it was awesome

A Minotaur rocket carrying a military satellite was launched from Vandenberg AFB in California last night at 7:24PM. Clear skies in 
San diego allowed us to see the entire thing. A quick call to Bob L. confirmed that he had been out watching it as well.  There is
