(meteorobs) Stone at Mecca - OT

Fragments said to be from the Ka'aba stone are at the Blue Mosq in Instanbul. 
Someone I know (a non-Muslim) has seen them after kindly asking for them. 
Unfortunately he has no knowledge of meteorites at all.
