 this has been a very interesting discussion thus far.
Vaguely, I recall hearing about the bits of 'meteorite' at the Blue Mosque
in Istanbul
when I lived there. However, being female, I never did attempt to see it!
 The above site was discovered while surfing for additional information
about the
Ka'abal stone.
 Hope you find it as interesting as I have.
