    I fully support Arlene's request for reporting observations in U.T.,
date and location.  This eliminates any confusion with dates, time, etc.  I
often use such information to check possible fireball detections with a
Sandia All-sky Patrol Camera.  Accurate reporting eliminates a lot of wasted
time searching a tape for such a detection.
