(meteorobs) Meteor Obs. 9/11/05, WVa

                 Screech Owl Hill Observatory, Mountain Meadows
                        West Virginia 385710N 0785544W
                            September 10/11, 2005

  We had fairly good conditions, but a little haze. From 05:55 to 07:55 UT,
with a limiting magnitude that averaged 6.2 for two hours, I saw 37 meteors.
However, nothing was brighter than 1st magnitude, and the best meteor was
a 3rd magnitude orange-white slow moving Kappa Aquarid seen at 6:44 UT.
Three ATR candidates were seen, as well as five SPR meteors, and two SET
candidate meteors. Some good apex (3 NPX & 4 SPX) and sporadic (16) activity 
was seen, and three Antihelion meteors were also observed. Below is a short 
breakdown of the activity seen:
