Project Gutenberg and the World eBook Library have made free ebook downloads
available, to celebrate Project Gutenberg's 35th birthday.  Originally till
August 4th, this has been extended to August 11th.

Listing of the various collections available for download (to narrow your
search down) is available at

Or - you can do a search on a word, for example 'meteors' and it will bring
up all downloadable books and articles with the word 'meteors' in them...
