(meteorobs) WGN article needed

I am looking for a copy of an article in WGN 27:1 1999.
The subject was refinement of the LM counting areas, particularly the
inclusion or exclusion of certain stars along the borders.
I've misplaced my copy (hopefully writing this request will bring it to
the surface) and would like a copy.
Can anyone supply me with one?
