(meteorobs) Outburst of the kappa-Cygnids ?

If it is any help...

I was observing (not specifically meteor watching just stargazing) from
approx 22:00 UT  until 23:00 UT last night (29th-30th) from Sussex (UK)
on the south coast, and didn't notice anything unusual at that time.
Skies where very clear, seeing was perfect.

Yes, yes, sorry...
It happened last night, that's to say 29/30 August, I think at the
beginning of the night (20-23h TU, but I'll ask for more precision).
It seems to me that it's quite late for KCG, but IO couldn't find
another shower that woulf fit the description...

Meteors appeared at a rate of one every 5 minutes, approximatively,
knowing that the observer was watching at a telescope, and thus might 
have missed most of the meteors...

I'll try to deepen the information.
