(meteorobs) Fireball during electrical storm pic

Hi group,
Found this dramatic pic featured in a cool blog while surfing,
 From a vid camera belonging to the 'Desert Fireball Network' located in 
remote Western Australia.
I think that's APOD worthy, no? No date of capture, but the blog is 
recent (oct. this year)

did occur to me very slight chance that it is maybe ball lightning? 
most probably not, but would have to be discounted I guess?
