I lost the Leonids to clouds here in Tulsa. Now I
have to travel to NW Ohio during the Geminid peak. Is
there any place in the US more likley to be cloudy in
the winter?!
I hope to see some meteors tonight (I have to get up
at 4 am anyhow to catch the plane) or Thu/Fri after
the peak. Which brings me to my second question - has
anybody other than Paul and Michael tried to catch
some Geminds the last night or two? The board seems
kind of quiet.
Just curious.
Thanks,
Bill Godley
