(meteorobs) Leonids ZHR graph available "on the fly"

Hi Richard,

Thanks a lot for reporting. The error was due to a small input error in the
VMDB.

Also, Teff values were shown incorrectly on the page. This has been
corrected thanks to the feedback of Pavol Habuda and Javor Kac.

For those interested: the page is generated using VMDB data in a PostgreSQL
database. For anyone familiar with SQL and databases, there is an interface
to the internal tables at http://umdb.urania.be/pga (public login: imo,
password:immy). I warmly welcome other people or groups writing
applications, although the status is not operational.
