(meteorobs) Another GEM Times Correction -GWG

CORRECTION: Due to lack of sleep, I forgot to double check
            my times AGAIN, which were an hour off, corrected below.


                  Pre-maximum Geminids - Dec. 11/12, 2006
                   Greenbelt, Maryland - 390016N 0765233W

   It was going to cloud up for the next few days here; so I decided to
look for some pre-maximum Geminids locally. From 3:10 to 5:10 UT I was
able to see 13 Geminids, with an average limiting magnitude of 5.1 with
5% clouds. The average Geminid was 2.1 magnitude, but the best meteor of
the session was a -1 magnitude yellow-orange Geminid with a .5 second wake
seen at 3:01 UT. The second best meteor was a 1st magnitude long trailed
Sigma Hydrid grazer seen the second hour at 3:24 UT. Below is a short list
