(meteorobs) ISS and Shuttle seen from lower Westchester, NY

SUCCESS!  Both  Discovery and ISS seen from outside
News 12 studios in Yonkers, NY. They appeared as an "elongated  star"
brightening up to at least magnitude -2 under a sky with some 
scattered cumulus clouds. 

 
In binoculars the two spacecraft were readily visible, side-by-side.
I watched them as they faded into the Earth's shadow.
