I suggested to Karl Antier to look at old astronomy records at NASA's ADS
website. Some of the website links to paid sites to retrieve data, books,
articles, such as the latest articles, but most of it is free to surf and
learn. My experiance is limited with the site but what I do is:

       http://www.adasabs.harvard.edu/

    in the first paragraph follow the "browse interface"

   now of the four listed selections only the first links to secure or
charged data, link to any of the other three.

    There's a vast wealth of data, articles and research cashed here, enjoy
and peace on earth.
