(meteorobs) Late report: East Ga Meteor Observations Dec 22/23 2005

    I was able to finish the year's last observations with a nice -4 
sporadic during the final minute of a somewhat late Ursid
session back on Thursday evening, Dec 22.  I respectfully submit
a late report for the early-evening's watch, which unfortunately
produced no Ursids; the radiant was quite low the entire time.
