I hadn't done a meteor report for a while, been quite busy with telescope making and variable star observing, so it was nice to get an opportunity to check out the activity with a bunch of active radiants around.

A fog layer had settled in over the SF Bay peninsula cities below me, so the sky was darker than usual despite being only 10-15 miles from the Silicon Valley! The Milky Way was quite prominent and my LM was 6.2, and a bit of a strong chilly breeze blowing up from the bay was the only negative factor.

I saw activity from 4 of the 5 radiants, the only null was the PAU, but it was rising at a very low elevation anyway. The highlight of my session was a very slow, flaring, short mag -2 CAP heading E-W through Ophiuchus. A nice ANT and a single PER were the only other bright ones besides the CAP's. The SDA and Sporadics were faint.
