This sounds like a great topic for a future paper to be published in WGN:
> "The new cigarette method for computing Zenithal Hourly Rates."
This method has to involve some new corrections, like:
"correction to smoking speed",
"correction to time delay between two cigarettes" (if this delay is too 
large, smoker will smoke the cigarette more nervously,...),
"correction to tobacco addiction", etc.
and other psychological/physiological factors (for example dependence of 
eye sensitivity with respect to nicotine concentration)
