(meteorobs) Observation May 25/26, 2006 from Slovenia

Hi All,

on May 25/26 I observed with Jure A. from the same location as 
earlier this week. We started at local midnight and observed for two 
hours. Again, the sky was extremely transparent. Occasionally 
there was some interference from the cirrus clouds so I had to 
change my viewing direction at times.
I spotted three quite bright sporadic meteors while setting up so I 
was looking forward to the observation. No bright meteors appeared 
during the next two hours, though. Due to my fatigue I also could 
not see much of the fainter meteors that one would expect to see 
under excellent skies. I ended the night with 17 meteors recorded. 
A single shower meteor was a faint Eclipticid.
