I had clear skies on November 15. I observed comet C/2006 M4
(SWAN) in the evening and continued with a few deep sky objects.
Then I had to "kill" some time before comet 4P/Faye would rise
high enough so I decided to observe for about an hour. I started
before 7 PM local time, facing north because southern part of the
sky was lit by the neighbour's floodlight. Only five sporadic meteor
were seen during one hour.
After midnight I decided to drive uphill to a better observing
location. I observed for a couple of hours and saw four Leonids, all
left trains. The best meteor was an Alpha Monocerotid in Lepus
with a magnitude +1 terminal explosion.
I packed as the Moon rose as I thought I needed to stay fresh for
the coming nights. There was not much of clear sky until tonight.

Clear skies!
