Folks,

currently I have the datasets from four cameras available: The image-intensified
cameras OND1 (operated by Rosta Stork) and AVIS2, and the Mintron cameras
Mincam1 (both operated by Sirko Molau) and METKA (operated by Javor Kac).

Just as last year, the image-intensified cameras recorded only few October
Camelopardalids compared to the overall number of meteors. Those 6 OCAs of AVIS2
appeared between 23:57 and 02:26, and the 8 OCAs of OND1 between 01:27 and
03:31.
In the data of the two non-intensified cameras, however, the shower was much
more prominent.

Camera Time [UT] SPO OCA Other
------------------------------------
OND1 00:18-04:10 71 8 41
AVIS2 21:03-04:16 60 6 22
Mincam1 17:27-04:35 23 11 15
METKA 17:43-04:20 7 5 1
------------------------------------

The hourly distribution of the OCA recorded by Mincam1 and METKA shows a clear
peak between 1 and 2 UT:

Time [UT] SPO OCA Other
-------------------------
18:00-19:00 2 0 0
19:00-20:00 0 0 0
20:00-21:00 2 0 0
21:00-22:00 3 1 2
22:00-23:00 1 1 2
23:00-00:00 5 0 2
00:00-01:00 3 2 4
01:00-02:00 1 7 2
02:00-03:00 6 3 3
03:00-04:00 5 2 0
04:00-05:00 2 0 1
-------------------------

This confirms that the October Camelopardalids are an annual meteor shower with
a width (FHWM) of just about two hours.

A more detailled analysis will follows when all data from the camera network are
available.

Best,
Sirko
