(meteorobs) Orionid outburst: confirmation from eastern Belgium

Last night, 3 observers from the Urania group observed the Orionids
from a dark location in north-east Belgium (51.13N, 5.55E) from 2h UT
until 5h UT (2006-10-22).

Nastassia Smeets saw 78 Orionids in Teff 2.81 with Lm 5.98, while I
saw 100 Orionids in Teff 2.73 with Lm 5.92. This leads to average ZHR
80!  (Note: our rates tend be a little higher than IMO average.)
